Hey guys, the front right hand shock on my el xr6 just went. Wanted to replace all 4 of them (as the others probably won't be too far off going). As I also wanted to get a set of white-line springs put on my car soon as well i just wanted to know if a set of munro gt gas shocks will be suitable for the drop up front (i know the rear shouldn't be a problem).

For not much more cash you could go the whiteline shocks as well.
The fronts are 'BOGE' struts, revalved by whiteline and the rears are KYB, also with a custom valving job I believe.
I can recommend them.

if your gonna go with whiteline springs then go whiteline shocks as they are made for each other, and will perform much better then monroe/spring combo.

steady has a thread about his splurge a while back may be worth reading.
