Ive asked before and ill ask again.
Im curious to who has done the Brake Upgrade using Mustang Parts, reason i ask is, that Joe and myself are trying to organise the parts imported for the states to be sold/or fitted up here for $1k mark instead of the $2.5k + mark from cebco people.. So if anyone could shed some light on the exact year of mustang/parts needed.. So far according to Steve (dcs) all is needed is: a) spindles b) twinpot calipers c) rotors All from a 94/95 Mustang.. I don't think anyone will know.. The only thing I know about the 94/95 mustangs is that they have an engine very similar to the Windsors put into the EF/EL hence why underdrive pulleys can fit with little modification. If you want to find out, you may just have to buy some.

maybe contact ford somewhere ?
possibly brad garlic in sydney, they have done a few mustang brake upgrades apparently. might be worth a shot.

Are there any Mustang forums in the US you could look at? Someone there should be able to give you measurements/specs.

yeh u prob not gonna need to buy parts but do alot of reasearch into the mustang find all the info u can, there will be mustang forums in the states somewhere on the net i guess.

Rotors - DBA069 (94 - 98 Mustang) - you will need to get hubs to suit.
Calipers - AP Racing - or Commy VT Pads - Commy VT Uprights - EL GT

I dont know anything about mustang uprights.
I heard that you can modify the standard ones to suit the different calipers, but I dont know how its done.

I believe to fit big rotors onto stock uprights you need to mill off the two posts that stick out for the pads to sit on, then just fabribate an adaptor plate to suit the new caliper's location.
I'm sure I've read this somewhere in a magazine, will have to look for it!

if you end up organising a bolt on big a*** mustang brake kit for EF - EL's for around $1k like you said i will be interested.
