So i got an Ef XR8 and i have this old fairlane

i wanted to chuck 4.11s in it so it will rip mad burnouts, but it already revs out at like 165-170 with the factory limo.

I was just wondering if there was a way I would be able to work out how low my top speed will be if I chuck 4.11s in?

Jarred

if u put a 3.45 cog in it... if your computer has the normal 180 limiter your new limit will be just over 160 at top of 3rd

nah i mean if u put a 3.45 speedo cog in the auto with 4.11 diff gears your top speed till be just over 160 in 3rd

i just realised u said NA they dont have a speed limiter if urs is revving out at 170 now in 3rd sounds like u already have diff gears in it... how much is it revving at that speed???
