The suspension,wheels etc have all been upgraded to suit, so im hoping that this will be a solid investment for that extra performance.

Make sure u get in touch with the guys i suggested, there really good See how much its goign to cost for the upgrade and compare price to 330mm kit pricing and go from there and compare pro's and con's and so on.

Sounds like a good combo you're getting.
To throw a spanner in the works, my previous brakes were ferodos, and I've changed to redstuff about 3 weeks ago. On my vehicle they're definately a better pad....work well cold, bite harder with better feel. They produce a little more dust, but no where near as bad as what I had on before the ferodos. I would recommend DBAs over RDA's, as I've warped 3 sets of 330mm RDA's with fairly light general driving/braking. To their credit, they've replaced them under warrantly each time. I'm actually trying the redstuff (ceramic) because they believe the previous pads are responsible for warping the disks (ferodos). I suspect the disks are just an inferior material....they're a lot cheaper than DBA....probably for a reason. To sum up, the redstuff seem a very good pad. They're also quieter than the previous Ferodos, so to date I'd recommend them. I think the new ceramics are a big step up from the previous metalic race oriented redstuffs. Which ferodo pads did u use as they have a decent size range

Joe Haha i hope it does too, lol well the guys that are installing the package said i get a fair decent warranty on any damages that are caused by the rotors build quality etc etc.. So im hoping i go with the right Ferodo pads as well.. But most likely (when) the supercharger is in and if the car seems to be struggling with it then ill switch to the redstuffs.

Well good news and bad news lol Good news is i got the brakes done today however the rears did not need replacing so until i get more serious work done to the car im just going to keep it like that.. a massive improvement i must say i have to get used to braking later as they work so much freaking better now!! I got DBA slotted rotors with ferrodo pads. Cost me $400 fitted just for the fronts... i would have liked to get the back ones done but the guys said to me whats the point in getting rid of good meat on the brakes that are on thier already. so far thier is no noise or shudder on them which is good.

Carnt go wrong with slotted rotors and good pads, its funny how much difference they make dont they.
Do you know which ferrodo pads were used???

I got the Excel pads. If/when they die im going to get the Redstuffs. But that will most likelt be when i upgrade the rotor/brakes in the rears. Haha im so keen to get her supercharged, but saving for a month long vacation to singapore next year so will have to wait just a lil bit longer
Still cant get over how awesome it is now.. haha they work so damn good!
