Hi all, have been searching the forums for a specific question but unable to find a definite answer. I have a 2004 BA XR6 Auto and understand to remove the old tail shaft, say to replace centre bearing or uni joints, you have to mark off ends with some sort of marker/paint to put tail shaft back in correct and maybe have to have it rebalanced, so, my question is...I will be fitting a new tail shaft and having no said marks on it, will I have any balancing problems. not really silent here ..... .. just sometimes it may take longer to get a reply. i saw your query . . but didn't know of the answer. was it take the tailshaft & joke to get them balanced as one?
