Nolathane has cross hatching on the IDs.. And they provide a grey moly grease, but you can use other stuff if you like, but it's essentially 6/half dozen. (Different content, same effect)

The squeaking is minimal, maybe a little as you get into the car after it has sat for a while or is a cold morning. Just as my last post says, I didn't mean it squeaks all day driving down the road, only OCD would find this annoying. I don't mind it at all.. More a single creak than squeakING

They both also use very similar polyurethane compounds. And both essentially copy factory specs for design, although some parts are made better (IE: the VT commodore front castor rod bushes) and do plenty of testing to produce their products.

The only thing I could fault them on is (and I'm only 99% sure on this) that they aren't Australian made, testing is in Australia and a factory in china makes them. SuperPro is though (?)

Last I heard was that SuperPro are made in Brisbane.....confirmation ?????
I'm not 100% sure, but I think Nolathane was bought out by a mob called RedRider.
Mackay Silentruba used to make Urethane bushes too.....not too sure if they still do or not....confirmation ????
There was also a mob who made urethane bushes that were a sky blue colour....they were crap...often turned to dust before warranty was up......can't remember the brand....that was 10 or more years ago now.

I have seen an old almost baby blue solid coloured set that were well flogged out. No idea on brand but they were really worn out and were powdery.
Leaf springs are hard on bushes with the dirt roads up here though.

RedRida is possibly Red Ranger you mean(?), they own/are part of nolathane in some way.

I do remember white line is owned now by nolathane but are still sold under the whiteline name, same factory different door.

SuperPro are made in Brisbane. Us Aussies make some good s**t!

I saw it happen much in repco how many products are made in the same factory in china and painted a different colour and shipped to australia.
The budget transmission jacks in repco and supercheap were both the same manufacturer for example. (probably changed now, this was back in '05-'06)
Corporations man! just bigger companies getting bigger, sourcing parts cheaper.

For another example is the oils/fluids at repco in the repco branded bottles now.. All the same fluids as castrol or whatever maker, but put into Repco branded bottles...
Its a loophole for the old "if you can buy it cheaper we can match it" saying.. because no-one else sell's repco branded products so they can put whatever price they want and it dosnt matter, cos you wont find it cheaper anywhere else! cheeky bastards!

No idea on the other brands you mentioned though.. probably slowly went bust or got bought out..

Yeah...sorry...Red Ranger.....couldn't remember the name properly......Red Ranger supply Pedders too.

Repco oils/fluids are made by Penrite to Repco specs.....so I was informed.

Whiteline used to be supplied by SuperPro for their bushings.....dunno about now.

Yeah, penrite is correct, I couldnt think of it at the time.. one of the big companies was all i could come up with.

Its been a while and they have changed so many hands it gets discombobulating!

Sway bar bushes are the only ones that don't really need grease.

The more you do the stiffer it gets..

red ranger, own both nolathane and whiteline, nolathane being your everyday stuff, and whiteline being the performance brand.

Old Nolathane used to take in water and crumble, but around 8 years ago they started lifting their game, most of their products now have the knurling for grease retention, or have a teflon liner (grease free). you should only ever grease the bushes where recommended and use the correct grease (moly grease) rubber grease is a BIG no no. I Recently attended a training night with one of their reps and quite a lot of engineering, design and testing goes into their products (i am unsure if any of this benefits the stuff for old cars like ours)

i installed a set 7 or so years ago and have covered 100,000k's or so doing a fair bot of heavy towing and going off the pavement a bit and mine are only just starting to show issues now, as other have touched on incorrect installation is the problem in 90% of warranty problems.

Okay cool well mine arent crushed and bulging in one spot like the old ones were the old ones also rad rust on the but there wasnt any rust on any of the components the bushes touch which tells me they replaced the part probably the link bar itself and used the same bushes.

I remember some blue ones that were rubbish, they were "nolatech" ?

I don't like nolathane, bushes are to hard and don't seem to last.
I also recommend superpro,
