ok guys, got a quote from pedders suspension.

provide 4x gas shockers
provide 4x low sports ryda springs
1 x wheel alignment
and fit them.

for $1050:00

question is. is it worth it? i think its pretty rich to be honest.

your views?

Which shocks, their stock ones or the sports shocks? If the sports shocks, then they are great.

I have just fitted custom pedders springs, GSR short body struts, and new bump stops in the front, it cost me 650 for the parts and i fitted and aligned myslef.

Its the best money i've spent on it. Before i was on the stops, and it drove like s**t, and now i'm the same low a** height, yet i've gained 30mm travel due to the short bodys, and it drives real nice.

I still have yet to out short bodys and new stops in the back, which is going to cost me another 300, but its worth it.

So whether your getting the same gear or not, i do reccomend it, even though it seems a little rich, it is good stuff.

Andrew.

Same - Costs a little bit, but Pedders seem to have the ride sorted.

Thats the wrong question!. They rip you off, quote for stuff you dont need, and generally dont have a great reputation as a suspension shop.

Just happens that their sport ryder gear is pretty good.

Id go to fulcrum or similar dealer for other suspension work in the main.

I got the sports rider kit aswell, the car feels very nice, and can take corners very hard with out feeling your going to fall out of your window. I got sports big bore shocks in the back and the sports shocks in the front, i think the springs i have are superlow equiv in height. I also got there camber kit. It cost me $1600 for that. I also just got the front end of my car changed to nolathane bushes and it feels even better again

Judging by the trade prices I was given a few weeks back, they're making about $300 pure profit on that purchase, and trade price isn't the cheapest they can go.

f**k rip-off mechanics always out to make an easy buck...

They only do suspension so they have to make there money some how. The biggest thing is labour i think.
