hey guys jsut brought some pedders shorten struts and shock just courious ar the 2 black rubbers that come with them are the the bump stops? cus if they are i cant figure how to place them on the struts and shocks withou out the struts bottoming out first? and witch way do the washers go cuse ive been told 2 difrent ways off puttin them in cus of the dish
