I personally think boss wrecking charge like a wounded bull though.

I really like park ridge wreckers on station road loganlea. They have a billion falcons, among other makes/models too, and very competitive prices.

Andrew.

thats where I used to go when I lived in qld, heaps of parts, decent prices. just theres one guy there who is a complete nuffy, even looks retarded. dont bother with him.

otherwise is good.

lived only a few hundered meters around the corner so it was handy to say the least for the EB i had at the time.

I usually go to ABC or salisbury wreckers. take your own tools and save on cost, there is always ford wreckers at capalaba otherwise if your after something in particular, try wreckers hotline.

Boss is just down the road for me, but if i'm really chasing something i'll go to salisbury first cause the boys at boss are absolute wankers who have lost touch with the idea of serving customers...
Capalaba ford wreckers are bigger and better IMO but once again, you have to get past the know it all wankers at the counter...

haha I've had the opposite I've found boss price damn good on occasions, i paid 40 for drivers side fairlane door cards set of chrome handles and a fairlane guard indicator and surround, I heard one guy recently got a full bodykit off them for 200.

I've found park ridge tended to be dearer, but capa definitely take the cake, like 25 for a smashed up cornering light out of a fairlane, haha, or maybe mount gravvat there pretty steep.

Self serve joint at wacol are bloody brilliant though, no question about it.

Salisbury's not bad, but haven't seemed to be getting much new stock in.

Yeah some people at wreckers aren't the brightest sparks, but neither does it take a genius to strip a car.
you've just got to learn to use that to your advantage, call that Fairmont ghia your pointing at a falcon etc.

haha yeah, same as me, I know I got a chrome shifter assembly thing out of a fairlane i asked couple weeks earlier and said fairlane 45, i figured I'd leave it for now came back again, happened to say just that falcon, 20 bucks later i was happy enough with it.
