Crispy, along with the cost of the springs, what else did you pay to have done? Camber kit, shocks? I want to lower mine on superlows but want to do it on the cheap.

Mine was definantely done on the cheap. Didnt pay to have anything done...only brought the springs cost me $160 for the 4 (gotta love staff prices) and installed them myself...the rear i did in my shed using the jack...lol and did the fronts at a mates workshop.
I had reasonabley new ticky spec shocks so i didnt bother changing them and it seems fine..i'm not sure what the difference is for tickford spec to standard is.
Haven't got a camber kit and havent even got round to gettin it wheel aligned yet...its only been a few weeks lol but it steers fine and the wheels slightly lean in at the top

the rears are fairly easy to do with even the most basic of tools...prolly cost a bit as its time consuming doing the front

Yeah i have seen your Zook driving round. Yeah i did my friends EL FAirmonts springs and the rears were real easy but the front are a lil bit harder to get out. I can get Kings Superlows for $200. What do u reckon? will it be fine with springs and no camber kit etc.?

Well the way i saw it was seeing as i was doing it all myself i'd just do the springs and see how it went and if i needed new shocks i'd change them after.
So I'd just do the springs but jus keep in mind that you might have to change the shocks...camber kit isnt essential just keep the tyres from wearing on the inside but it handles niiice...lol

Just wondering if you have seen me in the Mount at all. I have a gunmetal grey EF GLi with P plates. I did have 15inch Performance alloys but now i got 17inch CSA mags on it.
