Hey guys, does anybody know the ID and OD of a t5 pilot/spigot bearing. E series I6. Or any information I could give to the guys at the bearing shop to make sure I get the right one. Genuine Ford is $61 + gst, My thrash engine was only twice as much as that so a 10 dollar cheapy will do the trick!
EDIT: RIPCO has one for an EA, will this fit an EF crank? Its an earlier e series box, but if anything I would assume the OD would be different? Thanks guys |

These bearings have been used for years. The Genuine one from Ford is $27.60 retail. I am not sure of the freight to NZ but I can't see it being that much??

I got one from Repco. It was about AU$6.00. It is a 6003-2RS. It's ID is about 27mm OD 35mm Approx.
Thanks, Evan. |

Thanks Papa Smurf, I would have taken you up on the offer if this was a decent motor, but I'm tired of seeing the mont in the garage so I picked up a $150 thrash motor.
Thanks to everyone else as well, that was exactly what I was looking for. I got the one from repco that was for an EA, but the dimensions are exactly the same and it looks the same. Part number is 6003LLU/2AS. In the end that motor already had one in it, but it looks a lot different, has teeth that line up with the input shaft? I have nothing to go on, because it turns out the garage who put my t5 in "forgot" to put one in. Thanks a lot for all the input. |
