Check your accelerator cable isnt stretched. That will cause obvious power loss symptoms.

Accelerator cables always stretch after a while.

And its only happened since the box was changed?
If so it would have to be in relation to the new box i.e the box itself or maybe the ecu is in relearn mode? |

If it was slipping you would get rev's between gears ( like your foots on the clutch of a manual). If it was done by a mechanic, take it back to them and tell them to fix it. If you did it did you do a fluid change? Also, how long ago was it done? Have you tried manually pulling it back into 3rd to see if the problem still occurs?

na it doesnt rev between gears when i pull it back down gears from drive it seems to pull like it should its only in drive as far as i can tell its like i got to pick when it'll kick revs up or not but i never had to before gearbox change .. when i had my old gearbox in there before it stuffed out i could plant it anytime and it would basically staight away kick revs up an go

Its possible the car is relearning but then time will tell if thats the case. OP has not said battery was disconnect etc for me to think that. If so well then the car needs to be driven for a while until it works itself out.
