G'day, after going for roadworthy and passing on Monday I chucked my 18" rims back on, and noticed they were a little flat, after pumping them up I noticed a knocking noise coming from the front left wheel. It happens at a certain point when the wheel turns and doesn't happen when I am turning moderately or braking, please help!

I'd have a look at the upper control arm bushes actually. You may find one is flogged out. Otherwise, look at your ball joints, make sure you have used the correct wheel nuts and they have not bottomed out before seating the rim.
Upper control arm is where I'd start looking though for an intermittent knock in one specific corner.
