How tight does the power steering belt have to be on a ED I6? I recently replaced a seized bearing in the idler pulley along with a new belt but now the steering is starting to squeal a bit. The fluid level is perfect and the bearing in the pulley is still perfect and the belt is still perfect so I'm guessing the belt may need tigtening.

most belts need to be pretty tight.
My ED used to squeal a lot and I sprayed crc belt grip with success

just wondering how you came to the conclusion that your power steering pulley "bearing" is still perfect?
