I need help, I own a 98 ford panel van ( don't hold that against me.....) I would like to raise it to accommodate getting my sorry backside in and out of the ol' girl.

I am not entirely sure what is required but guess:

** new wheels and tires
** new shocks with different spec...compressed/non compressed
** don't know what components are necessary to "lift" suspension
** any suggestions for the Sydney area
** can anyone offer information on swapping the stock rear end for a hydra-track out of an outback model
** all information appreciated and all advice considered
