Hi all

I know that this may sound weird but hey thats me :)

I've got an AU forte with sports suspension - eg around 140mm clearance and it is s**t me no end. Not just the front scraping, that doesn't really happen cause i do know how to drive, but underneath the car scraping on driveways and s**t, which can only be taken on the slihtest angles ( READ FENCES ).

How much will it cost to rise it about an ince or so. Closer to the standard ride height and how much handling etc am i likelyto lose by doing this.

thanks

You may lose a bit of handling, but if you want to go back to standard height it should cost you.... nothing :) Youll probably find many people are trying to get rid of standard height springs, so just ask around. Might be as expensive as a carton 8-)

You'd easily be able to find someone who will swap you standard springs for your sports ones! Only cost then would be to pay someone to fit them if you can't do it yourself!
