afternoon trendsetters ... is there a difference between an EF and an EL rear axle ?

just checking ... got the replacement bearings all done yesterdee arvo Frank!!

Only differences are with the bolt on bits, brake lines to the diff and the style of handbrake.

Does this mean that if I was going to upgrade my rear axel from EA to EF/EL I could use an AU rear axel (know about the handbrake) that y the mod.
If so is it all AU's or only AU 1
???

Do the trailing arms need changing ?

pretty sure u would need to use your trailing arms on the au axle but im not too sure
