Ok guys
As a result of a rear end wiggle, I ordered a set of nolathane bushed control arms for the 5.0 EFII Mont Ghia, and went to fit them today. Damn things are about 1.5 inches too long. Can some one point me in the right direction for the correct arms. We looked up the book from Nolathane, and they only had one part No Listed, whats the deal

The Mont had XR suspension standard, and the 5.0. Is there different arms for 6,8, XR, Ghia and GLI
Any help woulkd be really appreciated

im not 100% but i do remember reading here at some point that the XR's had shorter ones to allow fo the different angle and subsequent required length of the control arms being different...

Did you do an exchange on your old arms, or do you still have them.

When i did mine in my XR, they rang me up the next day to ask how it was going, and I told them it was horrible.

Then they told me that when they took the old arms in, they were told "these are EB GT arms - not XR" (My car was optioned with GT suspension from factory).

I had to get those arms fitted with the bushes, and then put back into my car.

I have still got my arms, they are on the car. Will drop the others off to my supplier and get mine redone asap.
