When i first got my car (sedan) i put some Kings lowered springs in it (just low, not super low or what ever) and i've had constant problems with my shocks.

I put brand new standard Monroe GT-gas shocks in it when i did the springs and had to replace them not to long after because one was leaking fluid or something (about 3 years ago). Then when i swapped my diff over i noticed i had the same problem, on the same side, but didnt put new ones in (about 1 year ago).

Its starting to make creaking noises from left rear as of about 3 days ago (I noticed it started making it when i had my bass speaker cab in the back seat).

should i be using shortened shocks? even for 'low' king springs??

Do you guys recommend another brand or line of monroe?

dont worry, pretty sure its a bushing on one of the control arms....so gay.

i have had standard monroe shocks with "low" king springs in a couple of e series with no problem

the thing you gotta do is loosen the track rods and watts link and retighten with full body weight on them so they reset to the new height otherwise you will tear the crap out of them and it make all sorts of weird noises
