G'day,
I am trying to find a rear swaybar for my EB Wagon (apart from buying a new Whiteline one). My brother has a couple from earlier models (XB and XD). I believe the diff width are the same for these models. Will these fit in my EB. I have held them up to the diff and had a look; while the width looks fine, I am unsure of the lengths of the parts of the bar that goto to the body of the car via the link bars. Any ideas. Cheers, jase |

I fitted a XW sedan rear sway bar to my EF wagon, had to make up my own chassis brackets and buy a set of universal link rods. But all works good.

G'day, Thanks for that. cheers, jase There is other way to fit sways bar from E serial sedan and made it fit into ef wagon same with my old eb wagon however it all cost me $30 for rear sway for the wreckers however sway bar is wider from the sedan and have to go on workshop press and press each corner to make it narrower in the way the wagon shocker aborber give me 15 mm each side and bracket were made by me and had it on 80,000 km give me safer ride on winding and hilling road and also fit BA rear rotor, bigger bore caliper (not from BA or ford) and gave me awesome braking power better than tickford El GT ian |

OK goofyman tell us about the BA rotor and the bigger bore caliper, brand and fitting modifications sounds interesting.

Yes do tell goofyman.
I have found a pair of BMW 7 series 4 pot front calipers that I am going to fit to my Fairmont wagon project. I can retain standard size discs and front end ABS etc. ( read as cheap performance) I really want to adapt Territory 322mm discs but too hard.... I like the idea of the rear sway bar from a sedan etc. I will do this too awesome idea! I have fitted 1 ton ute springs and the difference is awesome.
