jack it up, stands under chassis rail. remove wheel, undo and pop top ball joint out. remove lower bolt, remove top 3 bolts and slide it out. easy enough. takes around an hour per side

u may need a long crowbar to lever the lower control arm down to get clearance to lift the strut lower over too. my first strut changeover took 3 1/2 hours coz it didnt use the crowbar

ok il tell u the way i know iv got gregorys manual it took me bout 45 minutes each side first jack car up axel stands remove top ball joint and then remove that little rod that comes of the sway bar the sway bar comes from under the car betwards back of the car i think thats a sway bar dont know wat its called but yeah then remove bottom main bolt on the strut and three top ones under the bonnett you remove that sway bar rod thing so u dont nead massive crow bar u just menoover the old struts out and dont worry if it seams like it takes to long to get out and stress because u dont think yll get new ones in but if its sports it will be smaller (shorter) (lowers the car) so the new ones will go in a dream =)
