two bots on the back.
one to hold the fluid line on - but only have to do that if your removing the caliper to take it away, if your just lifting it off can leave it on.
after that you should be able to wiggle and get it off./

yeah very easy 2 bolts on the top backside of the calliper, and wriggle and pull at the same time pretty easy to get them off

I am taking them off to paint them. So they'll be coming right off. Is at hard to get them back on or anything else?

nah it's pretty piss easy thingo to do. remove as much of the brake fluid out of the resovoir as you can before you disconnect the lines. and then just blooed them when you refit em.

how long would it take to prep and paint and have them ready to fit again do you think? just wondering how long i would have no car with no brakes for

I did mine in a day. took them off, wasted a can or two of brake cleener on them, a few coats of paint, and refitted that afternoon, didn't drive the car till the next day but.
