Hi
Just wondering if by swapping the springs from the BF would help with the major
body roll and weight transfer?
Also would this lower the ride height any?
I'm also looking at replacing the front and rear sway bars with something
a bit more rigid any suggestions.

Cheers

the springs/shocks wont be the same, sway bars a decent set of shocks and lowered springs to fit a ef will do the job

actually bf front spring/strut assembly will fit into e series, but you will find the e series will ride higher with au or ba/bf shock and spring assembly..

So if i put in the BF springs only the car will sit higher?
Is that correct?

not quite, to use bf front springs you may also need the bf shocks..

as i know au and ba have conical front springs, but im not sure if it was bf or fg that went back to straight type coil springs..

either way you can fit au,ba,bf front springs and shocks as 1 unit, into the e series..
and from the e series i have seen with au or b series front shocks and springs, yes they have sat about a 1 1/2 higher....

If you use XR springs and struts they won't lift it up and, the BFIIs went to the straight springs.
I fitted AU front struts and XR type springs to the front of an ED.

I've got BA XR6 struts in my car atm, the ride height is a bit high for my likings now but its about the height of a "low" spring.
