Au had a lower control arm that was more like a traditional wishbone. Indeed the front bushes are more than likely different, factory box car was 1 piece bush, replacement nolethane was 2piece, the ones i fit were anyway. I had them out recently to re-grease. The EF/EL arm is a bit more chunky, specially down the k-frame end.
The bush itself is about 3 times bigger. A F**k load wider and the bore of arm for the bush is 2 to 3 times bigger. |

i drilled around the rubber with a small drill then knocked it out with a mallet i done this to all the rubbers in the front end it took me stuff all to do

Did a bit of digging to find this.... I undid the front radial bolt an the rear one only problem is the prick radial rod won't come out!!! What else do I need to unbolt to get the f*cker to come out? Other then that it all looks pretty straight forward. And also I have the nolathane bushes does that mean I don't have to fit the plastic s**t looking thing that you can see behind the front washer back on?

Undo the strut bolt to, then put some weight on the lower control arm to lower it. Should come out with a bit of mucking around.

So first take out the bushes and then I can get the rod out?? And then when it's out do I fit the bushes back on the rod and fit the rod back in??

Ok well so far I have taken off the lower strut bolt undone the front and rear bolt radius rod bolts and have taken the plastic bush off the front now there is one jammed in the k frame how do I get that one out? Is that the one I have to get off to get the rod out? Does any one have pics of it being done or what I have to take off? That would be a major help
