hey,
i did all the springs and shocks in my eb a few weeks ago. The front wasnt too hard, just a pain in the a** seperating ball joints etc without damaging the rubber boots around them. Once you've done 1 side, the other side will take no time at all! Grab a Gregories manual from supercheap if you haven't already. Makes things much simpler. Good luck.

Did you undo the sway bar too, lets it all hang looser.

Well you may then be better off also undoing the bolt that holds the spring in, and taking it all out separately.

doesnt matter, seems that one side was just a s**t. The drivers side took me, no joke about 3 hours to get out and put the new strut and spring in, and the passenger side took 15 minutes. Thanks fellas

Funny you say that... so did mine.
Passenger side popped straight out and straight in, drivers side was a pain in the a***.
