hi to all, ba ute, diff lock keeps coming on on its own, not real good when your in the main street on the bitumen,,turn it of to disengage but comes on again as soon as you start to move, is their a common problem any one is aware of or what the best way to disconnect it , cant seem to find a fuse

Not entirely familiar with the system but the wiring is attached...

It is powered from the indicator fuse...

Not sure what that vacuum solenoid is for, it isn't shown in the V8 wiring but so I am thinking it may be the BBM actuation solenoid... The button gives an input to the PCM and it sends power to the diff it seems... Either you have a dodgy switch giving false indication to the PCM (can you unplug the switch and see if that fixes it) or a faulty PCM turning it on when it shouldn't be...
