going to have a go at changing it cause i think mine is stuffed

What symptoms are you having with the BTR transmission?? its not kicking down very well wont hold gears manually sometimes goes to LHM, but ok after ON/OFF

going to have a go at changing it cause i think mine is stuffed pretty sure that once u remove the oil pan and look up at valve body, each solenoid has its number cast into the valve body next to it (in fairly large lettering too)

As shown in pic soleniod 2 (S2 as marked on valve body) is on the bottom left. Not all soleniods are fitted as some have been removed. You can either use a torx bit or a tight fitting allen key to remove the screw. But first make sure the large round plug going into the trans has clean pins and fitted all the way, then erase all fault codes to ensure you arent reading an old one. Then drive the car until it faults. If it does then read the fault codes as they will be current ones.
