see if thers a computer under the dash above the drivers left knee. Otherwise check the outher pins and find out which ones are the 12v and work backward to find out which pinout diagram you should use |

how do you find them?

I would find it by looking at the colors that repeat themselves then test them with a multimeter. The 12V ones will read 11-14V (should be 12 if the car isnt running)

just installed the shift kits works ok but i though i would have more UUUMPFFF lol i dunno i was expecting more, can i make it change harder using diff resistors?? if so which one should be change and do i use a higher or lower resistor

higher value for both it think but if you go to far it goes into limp home mode. Did you end up getting the pro kit you told me bout?

nah mate was considering it but i thought i may aswell do it this way i was just nervouse bout screwing up but peice of piss now i done it thanx for offering to help btw cost me bout 7 bucks all up, got my 5.6 resistor from jaycar but they had no 18's so went round the corner to ALLTRONICS and they didnt have it either, i used a 10 and an 8.2 so pretty close

just put one in an el with a 18ohm and 5.6ohm am really dissapointed and i also put one in a eb using 20ohm and a 1ohm and that doesnt shift hard at all (not like my car) whats the go?? what should i replace them with??
the one in my ef is really good i dont understand the 2 cars are the same mod wise too. need help urgently!! |

a mate paid me for it and i just want to get it working prop before he cracks thats all
has anyone else experienced this kind of prob i cant understand why it would do it? so the 22 would be the go? |

Sorry, my bad.
Try an 18ohm and a 1.2 - this will make shifts slightly harder
