I remember seeing it somewhere. But im sure its different pins and different resistor values.

Make sure you put a 560ohm resistor in the redpower line. Without this you will burn the LED's whats with the red and the green led i just want a simply little blue led to show when its on how would i do that and the 560ohm resistor how many watt ? |

you will get away with a half watt resistor, thats whats used on the clusters. You can have a blue LED to show its on. Just take one of the LED's out of the circuit.

ok just wired up the led to the switch put the 560ohm half watt resitor in the power line and i wanted to test it (havent wired the 3 shift kit wires to the switch yet) anyway hooked it up to the ciggy lighter ignition on and it didnt work tryed the led around both ways still no go so i hooked it up straight to the battery still no go tryed led around both ways replaced the led did it all again still no go! do the shift kit wires have to be wired up i thought not i just wanted to test it all before i assembled the whole lot any ideas what might be the go?

Yup Yup!! Few hours with a soldering iron on sunday and $10 bucks later.
Makes for much fun, and pulls damn hard from first to second. Thanks Neds.. your instructions are easy to follow and work better than I hoped. Good Work. |
