mines adjustable and set to 30% for a positive firm shift, nothing too stupid

however i find its still too harsh when crawling using light throttle like in car parks or roundabouts

it would be great if you could have the shift kit rise in firmness in tune with the TPS....... eg. flat throttle would mean 100% shift firmness, and 50% throttle = 50% firmness

You will never be a sik C*** in a 5.0 NF dude. You need to spend a lot more cash then a home made s**t kit to get that.................

because the factory shifts in my AU Ghia were setup for comfort, which meant lots of slippage between gears to make the transition smooth

i didnt like that, so just wanted a positive shift on gear changes, not wheel chirps.

problem is the shiftkit doesnt compensate for throttle position, and while it feels nice on medium to heavy throttle, it clunks a little when using light throttle because the speed isnt there to absorb the firm gear change

does that explain it a little better?
