hey people
just a quick querry which would be better for my auto??
changing th solinoed in the gearbox..(did this in my old car ebII went awsome) or...
the electronic mod everyone's doin now??? that u can buy from www.shiftkits.comwhich for example...
which would give better changes??

Hey mate

The two options are just a means to an end. The result in both mods is increased line pressure and hence firmer shifts.

Solenoid is good coz its adjustable but gotta drain box etc. when you want to adjust.

Got a fully adjustable electronic one for 120 off 9psi and its great. Took a whole of about 15 mins to install as it comes with instructions to make it a piece of piss.
