It feels great, nnaaahhhh, FVCKEN GREAT!!!!!, best money I've spent, is on that shifter. The shift is shorter, as in the throw is shorter. It feels a lot more direct and precise, and stiffer.

Are you using the rubber insulator on the shifter handle itself still, or have you solid mounted it?

It still has the original rubber vibration damper assembly on it.

I got the shifter on the Group buy, just gone, for $295.

yeah mine is working great (i was in the group buy too)

how far in are your stops?

best bit is the 2nd > 3rd shift it does it on it own the best thing even when just cruising, just push forward.

p.s. at least you have all the rubber sound deadening stuff, i dont have a coupla rags jammed in there :)

Get them, and fit them. It makes it sh!tloads quieter. They're's 3 boots all up, 1st one to keep sh!t out of shifter, 2nd is noise & weather, 3rd is presentation and noise.
The stops are a fair way in, there is a pic after adjustment.
