Seems to me that the 4 speed single rail gearboxes are cheaper than T5's, so I'm wondering why I couldn't re drill a T5 Bellhousing and re drill the gearbox cross member on an E Series to make it fit? I may just use a T5 but I'm wondering if a single rail is viable?

They put them behind 302's and 351's years ago, they seemed ok, was only considering putting it behind a 4.0, I heard single rails were a strong gearbox. But yeah I'd prefer the 5 speed. Gab |
