Jaycar
This nice little unit from Jaycar can allow you to adjust your speedo reading. Perfect idea for those changing diff gears or their speedo is a little out. Can change it by up to 99%. Works on all cars that are fitted with an electronic pickup for speed reading. All E series, AU and BA. Last edited by Timmeh on Mon Sep 18, 2006 1:08 pm, edited 1 time in total. |

Dont the BA's use a speed sensor on the front wheel, negating the need for one of these?

Yeah thats right. They use the ABS ribs to calculate speed negating the need for this unit. Althought I guess it could help out with tyres with a different circumference. |

thats what i need. i have an eb with 3.9's and have gone to black (23 tooth) drive gear but still out by 15%. do they fit them or do i have to get a auto sparky to do it as thats out of my league.

You are meant to be able to solder it together & install it yourself. They will come with full instructions, but if you have access to a soldering iron then assembling one of their $15 hobby kits first to see if you are up to the task may be a worthwhile investment.
