Pretty much what the title says...
When driving the car has a really annoying squeak and it's actually quite embarressing cause it's very loud.
I took the wheel off, put the car in nuetral and took off the hand break to spin the axle, and the break pad was rubbing against the rotor (also seemed a bit warped, hence the sort of rubbing squeak)

Is there a way to adjust the break pad to pull it away from the rotor or do i need a new rotor?
Or is there a quick/easy fix to stop it until i get it fixed?
I stupidly tried forcing the pad away from the rotor, and to my surprise it worked for a while. but the next morning it came back again (obviously due to the cold nights we've been having here)

Oh i forgot to mention, it goes away when i press the brake even lightly so thats what makes me assume its the break.
Decided Im gonna take it to abs this week to get them all checked

New rotor champ, you can pull the pad back from the face of the rotor, as soon as you apply the brakes again, the pads will end up there again.

Check that the pad WILL go back, as the piston may be seized in the caliper, causing the rubbing. A seized caliper can ruin a new rotor quickly.
