What are the pros and cons of instaling a stage 2 valve body? posibility mine is up the proverbial creek without a paddle and may need replacing anyway so was tossing up wether to just get a stage 2 one str8 up. Any thoughts. Thanx

Not sure what trans you are talking about but generally the higher "stage" the valve body is the firmer it will shift.
The only cons would be it may be slightly uncomfortable for daily driving. Pros are its better for your trans due to increased line pressure and shifts will be faster. |

For an EF 4 spd Auto. But dont matter now cos its in there cos he had it "Lying around the shop" Was for someones project car they never paid in full for or picked up so he said i could have it for nothin for all the stuffin round over the past 2 weeks. But yeah heaps firmer shifts. changed shift points slightly. "Chirps" every gear when you give it a squirt. but not to bad if you go easy on the gas. Easier said than done though. Still got a few small probs to sort out though.
