Guys.

Im about to do shocks on my EF Ghia (S I only :().

I have the choice of Normal Height, or XR Height (I have both sets of springs).

Any particular reason to go either way (Ground clearance on the body kit, handling etc)

well standard is 4x4 height, and XR springs are a little lower.

What do want it to look like?

XR springs are stiffer n lower ∴ better handling.

I guess the driver of the converstatio is :

was the EF Ghia springs any different to the falcon ones? - or the Fairmont ones?

.. The new commodores are *all* the same height - even the HSV's. The Body kit makes them look lower, as it does on my car.

Ive had a lowered EB before.... so I dont mind the low, but I want a good reason.

I changed my ef fairmont rears for tickford ones, and found they help a fair bit with stiffening things up, it just felt like it was rolling me around a lot before, I'm yet to get around to the front, but so far I've only found my self scrape once, no body kit though, and that was when i took the wrong turn and went over extra high speed bumps for trucks, I got scared they were high enough to beach some cars..
So my opinion is whack in the tickfords for handling, looks and you basically lose next to no clearance. 8-)
