Hey guys i recently converted my fairlane to manual and finished everything up now once i start my car it immediately starts rev to redlight the throttle is closed mechanically but it just rev hards till i turn the key off i assume it's the wiring

if the throttle is closed? i would look at any vacuum hoses that might have come off..

otherwise temperarily un plug the idle spped controler and see what happens.
if the revs go back to normal or it stalles you will need to add a resistor to the gear position wire.
but without the resister it should only rev and hold at about 1500rpm and shouldnt rev to red line..
