Yeah.
The toe problem can be fixed easily.
Vehicles with XR Spec suspension ran 0 toe, so if you've lowered your non XR-Spec vehicle, and they left toe adjustments at 3.0mm toe in, just inform the guys doing your alignment you want to run 0 toe.
I dunno whether caster would change a great degree with the average lowering.
I didn't think the E-Series suspension geometry was big on caster changes.
Non XR spec suspension and XR spec are both listed as having +3.5 degrees, and XR spec is about 20-30mm lower

well since i put lows into it ,that puts it to xr ride height?
if thats the case can someone give me the xr specs (ed) and i will get them to adjust the fairlane to those specs and see if that works out.

+3.5 Degrees Caster
-1.25 degrees Camber (SWB)
-0.75 degrees Camber (LWB)
Toe in 0mm
The only adjustable factor in that is the toe.
However they should be able to measure the others and see if they are 'in spec' so to speak.
The Manual I just found also lists something called K.P.I., (non adjustable) at 7.5 degrees.
But I have NFI what that is. :P
edit: Camber and Caster can be adjusted, but not with the stock bits. You'll need aftermarket kits, be they shimmed or otherwise, such as Kmac, whiteline or other

KPI is king pin inclination

King-pin inclination (KPI) is the inward lean of the king-pins (up, towards the centreline of the kart). KPI causes some of the self centring action of the steering. It also modifies the amount of camber change caused by the caster angle when the steering is turned, lessening negative camber gain on the outside front wheel and increasing positive camber gain on the inside front wheel. It would be unusual to deliberately alter KPI, but it can be adjusted using the 'camber' adjusters.

hope this helps

I had the same problem with my EA... basically, it felt like I had power steering turning into a corner, but none turning out. Ie. the steering wheel wouldn't easily return back to staight, I had to force it straight...

But!!! This only happened when the steering column was in the lowered position... in the upper, it would steer quite well, almost normal.

But, it doesn't do it anymore... so, Im kinda stumped.
