I've got a set of springs + shocks from a wreckers to throw in tomorrow morning, and Im just wondering what the specs for the springs would be.

They are black, and they have a Red paint marking on them.

The ones in my Fairmont, are black with a Brown marking.

What is the difference between the two, and what other colours were they released in. Is there any other way to identify the Monroe shocks (type)?
