dont change from DOT4 fluid.

the DOT4 is stated for a reason.

To use DOT5 the entire brake system needs to be replaced with DOT5 capable parts.

did mine today, about 50-60 metres on the first test, didn't get to the abs.

second time around i pushed alot harder and still didn't get to the abs but ended up a good 10-15 metres further. albeit i didn't give my pads a great deal of time to cool down.

ive got rda slotteds with rda standard pads. makes me think i might go for benix advance's or something next time. have heard tho they squeek a bit and dont pull up well when cold and can lead to some glazing issues

i did sum rather low spped braking (about 40ks) and my fronts locked up, whats the deal with that?

either it doesn't have abs or you do but you were under the threshold to use it (it didn't turn on)

ABS deactivates at about 30km/h.

As mentioned ABS actual takes longer to stop, so they deactivate it once you're going slow to pull you up a little quicker.
