Get a large allen key the same size as the lock nut remover and see how ya go. or do what hans suggested... nut + weld + beer = remove the f**k easy as s**t.

either that or bash a socket over the top and hope it grips (still works on some round ones), at work ive got sockets to egt them off which have a tapered reverse thread in them and they get them off a treat. got different sizes too. that particular model lock nut would have to be the worse for stripping them. get some speedy brand ones, they work well.

is the locknut sticking out past the rim or is it flush, u can sometimes use some vice grips to loosen them if it sticks out a bit. otherwise socket is the go they only need to be on a couple of millimetres to grab
