calipers no
g/box maybe with an adaptor plate but i would be worried on the strength of the box it was only for a 6cyl remember and if the windsor is anything more than stock u might be better off getting a T5

supra boxes are apparently good for 400 hp i gave mine and my shell to my cosine for his turbo 6 xf motor 10 psi in my old xd 60k/hr no cluch 3rd smoked balistic, 5th wwith his motor pulled like 3rd wit my old motor (befor he threw water pump belt and cooked engine)
ive heard there are two types of supra boxes never looked into it but apparently ones stronger then the other i know the bloke i brought the box off had priced bellhousings at $600 when he went from a 6 to the winsor and decided to go auto |

Bell housings are around $280 from CRS.
There's 4 basic types of supra boxes. W55, 57,58 and 59. W58 is the pick of the bunch with a steel sandwich plate. W55, 57 are common, W58 is hard to get and the W59 are hens teeth. HP ratings are: 190hp for W55, 57. 230 for W58, 59. This is manufacturing specs, they are well known to hold a lot more. The R154 6 speed is 260hp and the V160 holds a whopping 320hp stock. Stay away from the w50 and the t series with a v8 (or a 6 for that matter) I'd trust a Jap built Supra box over a T5 anyday in a modded car. I think you can even change the shifter to 4 positions too. (requires replacement not relocation)
