hey guys does anyone know an easy way to remove the front control arms away from the balljoints so i can get to the rest. want to change the bushes but cant get to them atm. thanks

Go to supercheap or wherever and get yourself a ball joint separator.
Or get two hammers, put one against the upright on one side of the ball joint, and hit the other side with the other hammer.

ok thanks got three separated so far but trying to get the left hand front bottom one off is the hard one.

Put a stand or a jack under the lower arm. Something strong and sturdy.

And if you dont care about the ball joint, smack the f**k out of it on the thread side. Smack the sides of the lower arm where it fits in a swell to help loosen it.
