can i get some help i would like to upgrade my suspension in my ef i dont wont to lower as i live in rural area and tow trailer just after a good upgrade thanks

Whack in some Bilsteins and get a 30mm swaybar and change all your bushings. You could keep the same springs so your ride height doesnt change or you could get some new Lovells to suit.
