Well some may know or some may not..

Got the ELGT Twinpot Calipers/Rotors/Spindles (rears too which are 300mm / standards are 297).

After few delays as per usual for my freakin car and rocking up at 4.45pm bit late to order new balljoints it was quite an interesting night which ended at midnight! .. A beyond mega huge thanks to Joe at Crescent Motorsports and Jase & Reynold too for giving me a hand in the evening to get it all apart.

Finally got it all on, braided lines will be maybe tomorrow or when i feel like it as the fronts were a tad longer then ones made up!

Still spongy but stiffening up already, quite nice!

Some pix with the differences obvious.. Spindles for the TWINPOT Caliper Setup for E series will be finished within the next 2 weeks but otherwise everythings already on track and ready to go from Joe's side. He has the braided lines avail right now too infact

Were they hard to fit? I'm looking at getting some and doing front shocks/springs at the same time and was thinking of doing it myself with a couple of mechanically minded friends.

yes they ended early.... ;) LOL

im sure they will but not 100% sure they'll fit 16s..

they were very easy to swap over, just ball joints are a paint to bang out thats all. but otherwise the brake upgrades will be on a spindle exchange basis anyhow

I honestly dont think they fit with 16" rims, i tried to fit my old 16" ones on the fbt to see once just to see if they fit(not drive on), didnt go - dont know what was stopping them tho.

The fbt had 17" rims instead of the xr rims which were originally going to be used so i was told due to the size of the front brakes, either way its a good reason to get new rims hehe!
