Does anybody know if a T5 from an EA to EL & AU's ( I6's ) fit a 4sp bellhousing for a 250 crossflow.????? Do most if not all the bolt holes line up???
Is the centre hole in the bellhousing big enough???

wont work. You need an x series bellhousing. If you were in Sydney, I'd sell you one for $100 comes with a t5!

It can be done, you`ll have to work with only 2 bolts though, prolly wanna fit the T5 bracket work as well, pretty sure you`ll have to mill out the centre a little bit as well, better off getting a bell as mentioned above...

you will need an XF bellhousing as the starter motor is on the wrong side with the E series cars and you will run in to probs with it Im sure. All the T5's were the same from XF-AU, however the AU extension housing is different with the cross member in the wrong spot.

ye i had the same problem but in reverse, when putting my T5 in my xr6, the wreckers assured me it was out of a eb, but when i went to put it in, i found out it was out of an xf, so it was sitting on a hoist at work for afew days before the e series bellhousing arrived, i still have the XF bellhousing if your interested?

What I wanted to know was if the T5 would bolt onto an XF 4sp bellhousing.?????
Yeah, I'm interested in the bellhousing for the T5 to XF.
