I've done 2.. In a stock 4L of all things hahaha

1st time for whatever reason 5th let go and that was that. 2nd time I broke teeth off the input shaft and as a result killed 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 5th.

Both times it was 'drivable' but it sounded like woody woodpecker was having an orgasm inside the transmission hahahaha

Man i put my T5 through hell, never skips a beat... Normally i never hear of anyone having much trouble with them (unless of course extra HP being put through it).. You guys must have ended up with a couple of lemons for boxes.

Had an eb i6 t5 behind a nice fresh 351
Could feel the case twist every time I have it a bit. Then One day a bike pulled up next to me at the lights

3rd gear was the one missing the teeth

I smashed 2nd gear and twisted the input shaft like a piece of liquorice in my ed, but it took a button clutch and a flat change into 2nd with 270rwkw...lol
