hi...

i have just put my gearbox back for the 3rd time and have only just realised that i have never put the sipgot bearing in!!!

the only bearing ive got is the thrust bearing

im told that the purpose of these is to support the input shaft on the box, are they 100% necessary? what damage will i do to my gearbox if i dont have one?
