I thought they were a bit of an upgrade from std shocks in the earlier E series?

Cheers

installed gt sports today and must say are well worth the money. nice smoother ride, good steering response... for those looking to spend $400 on shocks is worth it

fronts feel slightly firmer, less travel. but not too noticable unless your looking for it.
but have only have them in for couple hours so has to settle too

I noticed with Boge's that the rear is about 30% softer than the front but not sure if its the same case with KYB but it seems these Monroe GT feel about the same which is good.

I just fitted new standard Monroe GT GAS all round a few months ago, with lows. If I put Supers in, how long can I expect the shocks to last? A year? Car does 20K a year.

Can you do anything to help save the shocks? Like different bump stops etc?

No autopart store near me can give me a price on the GT Sports till monday where as Sprint quoted me

Front Shocks/Struts- KYB 333341 $120 Each
Rear Shocks - 343327 - $65 Each

So for KYB Lowered Shocks between $350-$400 depending on where i go. Should i wait till a weekday and get prices on the GT Sports ?

KYB are good for lows, I have a brand new set of rears here you could have for $80.
Wait and get the rest of your prices.
